Is my email address visible to other people? No. Your email address is used to sign you in and to send you decisions about your listings and claims. It is never shown on your profile or anywhere else on the site. The same goes for a work email you verify: the "Verified maker" badge shows that you verified one, not what it is.
What data does Upfynd collect? What you give us to run your account, and what you do on the site: your profile details, the products you list, and your upvotes, reviews, saves and follows. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected, what it is used for, what is public and who else sees it.
How do I get my data removed?Contact support and choose "Data removal". Say what you want removed: the whole account, or something specific such as a review or a profile detail. Send the request from the email address on the account. A person handles every request.
How do I get a listing removed? If it is your product and you would rather it was not listed, contact support from an email address on the product's domain and tell us which listing. We take it down by hand. If the listing is not yours but something on it is wrong or harmful, report it and a person will look at it.

Still stuck?
