How do I create an account?Go to Create an account and either continue with Google or enter your email address. With email, we send a six-digit code to check the address is yours. Type it in, choose a password, and you are signed in.
I did not get the verification code. What should I do?Give it a minute, then check your spam or promotions folder: codes sometimes land there. Make sure the address you typed is right, and ask for a new code if the first one has not arrived. If it still does not come, contact support and choose "Can't sign in". Tell us the address you are trying to use.
How do I reset my password?Go to Reset password and enter your email address. We send a six-digit code; type it in and choose a new password. You can use the same flow to change your password when you still remember the old one.
Can I change my email address? Not on your own yet. Contact support from the address currently on the account and tell us the new one. We make the change by hand so that nobody can take over an account by changing its email.
How do I delete my account?Contact support and choose "Data removal". Send the request from the email address on the account so we know it is you. We delete the account and what is attached to it. If you own a live listing, tell us whether you want it removed too or left for someone else on the team to claim.
