Why did an upvote count go down?

Two things lower a count. Someone took their upvote back, which anyone can do at any time. Or we removed votes that looked coordinated or paid for.

If a number on a list looks slightly behind the one on the product page, give it a minute: lists are refreshed about once a minute, and the product page is always current.
