What does "Verified maker" mean?

It is a badge on a profile showing that the person has verified a work email address. It tells readers, and claim reviewers, that the account belongs to someone who really works where they say they do.

To get it, open Settings, go to Verification, enter your work email and type in the code we send there. The address itself is never shown publicly.
