Zoom Workplace pairs video meetings with team collaboration, and adds an AI assistant that supports the work around calls. The assistant transcribes, takes notes and gives real-time insight, and a teammate called ZoomMate organises meeting conversations into notes and documents. Beyond meetings it drafts emails and chat messages, summarises chat threads and helps with brainstorming. Zoom says it uses a federated approach to AI. It suits small businesses, enterprises and developers, on paid plans.
