1 / 3Screenpipe records your screen and microphone on your own machine and makes that history searchable. People use it to recall conversations, review time spent in different apps and hand AI assistants real context about their work. It exposes a local REST API and an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor and other clients can query it. Scheduled workflows can turn captured history into meeting notes or work summaries. It runs on macOS, Windows and Linux. The code is source-available under a commercial license rather than open source, and cloud features can send context off the device.
