Social Intents lets a team answer website chats from Microsoft Teams, Slack or Zoom, without learning another tool. The company says more than 75,000 customers use it, and the chat can run through Google Chat and Webex as well. The chat widget is customizable, with pre-chat surveys, quick replies, logos, office hours and targeting rules. Unlimited team members are included with no per-agent pricing, and third-party integrations connect chats to CRM, ticketing and lead systems. Chatbots can be powered by ChatGPT or Dialogflow.
