Tiledesk is a customer engagement platform that covers pre-sales to post-sales conversations. It pairs live chat, which it offers free with unlimited agents, with open source chatbots that can also connect to WhatsApp and other channels. Bot flows are built with a drag-and-drop editor, an AI engine and ready-made templates. One example is a proactive chatbot template that opens conversations through timely pop-up messages triggered by visitor behavior, for support or sales. It is a no-code product, and a free plan is available.
