The agents use the product and map its workflows, then generate onboarding flows and answer questions in-app. Magic Links launch shareable guided walkthroughs, and guidance updates automatically when the product changes. Complex questions go to a human, and a Slack integration lets teams give feedback on AI answers. Frigade is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant and integrates with PostHog, Amplitude, Segment, Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk and Salesforce. Frigade Engage is a React component library for code-driven onboarding, and the company says most teams go live in a day.
