CoderPad is a shared code editor for technical interviews. An interviewer and candidate write and run code together in the browser, so phone screens become real programming exercises instead of whiteboard talk. The platform supports more than 99 languages and frameworks, and the company also sells take-home assessments to filter candidates by actual coding skills. Engineering teams use it to compare applicants fairly and cut time spent in interviews. CoderPad began as a simple pad plus a REPL and is now a standard live coding interview tool.
