About Upwork
Upwork MCP connects AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor to your Upwork account. It is for clients who want to hire freelance talent, and for freelancers who want to find projects, all from within the assistant. Clients can search for talent by skills, rate and location, review profiles, draft outreach and prepare a project post. Once a project is underway, they can ask for a summary of unread messages, pending offers and contract updates, or check milestones and time reports. Freelancers can use the same connector to search for suitable projects, prepare proposals and track their work.
