About UltraVNC
UltraVNC is a free remote desktop tool that follows the VNC protocol and focuses on remote computer support. A server on the helped machine and a viewer on the support person's side allow screen viewing and control. It includes a file transfer function, chat and an on-demand support mode where the user starts a session for a technician.
