About UltraViewer
UltraViewer is a remote control program that lets one person see and operate another computer for support or collaboration. Both sides install it, exchange an ID and password, and the helper gets control. It includes file transfer and chat, and is used by IT helpers, trainers and people supporting relatives. The interface stays plain, aimed at short sessions where the goal is to fix a problem fast, mostly on Windows machines.
