About Sortd for Gmail
Sortd adds boards and team features to Gmail so email can be handled as a workflow. Messages are dragged into columns such as new, in progress and done, and tasks and notes sit alongside them. Teams assign emails, follow up on customer requests and share mailboxes, all from inside the Gmail inbox. Sales, customer service, finance and project groups use it to avoid a separate helpdesk or CRM, and a free plan lets small teams try the board view.
