About ScrollGuard
ScrollGuard targets the infinite feed rather than the whole app. It blocks Reels and Shorts on Instagram, Facebook, Reddit and YouTube, so you can still check a friend's story or message someone. The developer made it after finding that most screen time apps lock you out entirely or depend on willpower timers. ScrollGuard keeps the healthy social features and removes the addictive scroll. It suits people who want to keep using social platforms but not lose hours to short videos.
