About Rutube
Rutube is one of Russia's leading video portals, offering live TV, films, series, cartoons and videos uploaded by users. The tagline invites people to watch, create and upload. Bloggers and media companies publish channels on the site, and viewers can stream on web and mobile. It is mainly in Russian and serves the Russian market as a local alternative to Western video services. Visitors can browse by category, search for a programme or follow a favorite channel, and the catalog mixes broadcast television with independent video bloggers.
