About Rocket
Rocket is a free Mac app that makes typing emoji quicker. You type a colon and the start of a name, as you would in Slack, and Rocket suggests matching emoji to insert in any app. It is made by Matthew Palmer, a developer from Sydney who also built Vanilla and has written a book on Kubernetes. Rocket is for people who use emoji heavily in messages and documents and dislike hunting through the system picker. Its picker has also been tuned for blind users.
