About React
React is a free, open-source JavaScript library for building user interfaces out of individual components. Developers use it to create web and native interfaces from small, reusable pieces. The official React Developer Tools browser extension, made by Meta, is available for Chrome and Firefox. It inspects component trees, props, state, hooks and context in real time, with a profiler for measuring render performance and a search for filtering components. The extension is useful for debugging re-renders and understanding component hierarchies.
