Ray is an open source framework for running Python and machine learning code across many machines. The same program can scale from a laptop to a cluster with thousands of GPUs, without a rewrite. Its libraries cover distributed training, hyperparameter tuning, model serving, reinforcement learning and data processing, including multimodal data. Machine learning engineers use it to train and serve large models. Anyscale offers a managed version, and the open source project is free.
