QLess replaces physical lines with a virtual queue. Customers join by phone, text or kiosk, then go about their day while the system tells them when it is their turn. Banks, clinics, government offices and retailers use it to shorten waits and see staffing needs through data on arrivals and service times. It is a queue management service sold by subscription, aiming to make visits less stressful for customers and staff.
