About PhotoPrism
PhotoPrism is a photo management app that runs on your own hardware instead of a vendor's cloud. Point it at a folder of pictures and videos and it indexes them, tagging subjects and recognizing faces and places so the library becomes searchable without manual filing. It can live on a home server, a NAS or a rented cloud machine, and it handles raw files, Live Photos and video alongside regular JPEGs. A map view, albums and sharing links make it a privacy-minded alternative for people who do not want their archive handled by a large online service.
