About Papermark
Papermark is a document sharing tool for sending decks and files to investors, buyers and clients. You share each document through a link, set access rules, and see which pages were viewed and for how long. It can run as a full data room for fundraising or deal work, with custom domains, whitelabel branding and security controls. The code is open source, and an AI assistant can be used to query shared documents. Founders and dealmakers use it as a self-hostable replacement for DocSend. A free plan exists.
