About Ona
Ona is the product Gitpod became: an environment where software projects and AI engineering agents are managed together. It runs sandboxed development workspaces in its cloud or inside a company's own VPC, reachable from any device. Autonomous agents pick up tasks in those workspaces, so work continues in the background and developers review the outcome. Teams use it to standardise setups, onboard faster and keep code inside their own network. The company is now part of OpenAI, and a free tier is offered.
