NucleoApp is an icon manager for Mac and Windows that collects, customizes and exports icon libraries. It pairs a premium library of commercial vector icons with an app for managing them. The library is organized into 30 categories, and icons can be exported as SVG, icon fonts and JSON files. You can also import and convert existing icon libraries, which keeps a team's icon collection in one place. The Nucleo icon sets cover UIs, presentations and print projects.
