About Novu
Product teams that send alerts through several channels can route them all through Novu. It is open-source notification infrastructure, so one API covers email, SMS, push, in-app messages, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Telegram. Workflows are built with drag and drop, with filters, delays and digest notifications to keep users from being flooded. There is also a notification inbox component for modern apps, and the project now connects AI agents to customers as well. Getting started takes a single npx command. It is free and open source.
