About Nekoweb
Nekoweb is a hosting service for small handmade websites in the spirit of the early web. The pitch is that the internet is for the cats, and the community around it loves personal pages with character. Members upload static files such as HTML, CSS and images and publish them on a subdomain. It appeals to hobbyists, artists and nostalgic web builders who prefer writing their own pages to using a modern builder. The service is aimed at personal expression rather than business sites.
