MLflow is an open source platform that manages the machine learning lifecycle. It logs experiments with their parameters and metrics, packages code and models, keeps a registry of model versions and helps deploy them. Data scientists use it to compare runs and reproduce results, and it now also covers tracing and evaluation for LLM applications. It was created at Databricks and is a Linux Foundation project, working with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. It is free to use and self-host.
