About Meltano
Data engineers who want pipelines defined in config files rather than clicked together use Meltano. It is a declarative ELT tool with more than 500 Singer connectors, and the pipeline definitions live in version control beside application code. It integrates with dbt for transformation and includes scheduling and monitoring through one command line interface. Meltano came out of GitLab, and a managed cloud edition offers the same engine without running infrastructure yourself.
