About LookScanned.io
LookScanned.io takes a clean PDF and gives it the appearance of a paper scan, with slight rotation, noise and a gray tint. It runs entirely in the browser, so files are not sent to a server. The project re-implements an earlier scan-effect web tool in JavaScript. You upload a file, adjust a few settings and download the result, no printer or scanner needed. People use it when a form or contract is requested as a scanned document and they only have a digital version.
