About Horos
Horos is a medical image viewer for macOS, built on the open source OsiriX codebase. Radiologists, researchers and students use it to open DICOM files such as CT, MRI and X-ray studies and review them in two and three dimensions. The software is free and 64-bit, with tools for measurements, multi-planar views and volume rendering, and recent releases support Apple Silicon. A HorosCloud plugin lets users share studies. Horos suits people who want a no-cost PACS viewer on a Mac rather than a commercial radiology workstation.
