HEY is a paid email service from Basecamp that changes how an inbox works. First-time senders land in a screening queue, and you decide whether each one may reach you or never be heard from again, which cuts cold mail and tracking at the source. Messages are sorted into the Imbox for important mail, The Feed for newsletters and Paper Trail for receipts. Features such as Set Aside, Reply Later and tracking-pixel blocking support a calmer routine. You get a hey.com address, and a calendar is included. Apps cover the web, iOS, Android and desktop.
