Dropbox Sign, formerly HelloSign, lets small and mid-sized businesses collect legally binding signatures online. You upload a file, drag signature and form fields onto it, and send it to signers by email. After that you can track who has opened or signed, keep finished copies in secure storage and reuse templates for repeat paperwork. It plugs into Dropbox and other cloud services, and the same service also covers digital workflows and electronic fax. Sales, HR and legal teams use it to replace printing and scanning.
