About Freedom
Freedom stops you from drifting into social media and news when you should be working. You choose which sites and apps to block, set a duration and pick the devices, which can include Mac, Windows, iPhone and iPad. Sessions can be scheduled in advance or started on demand, and a locked mode makes it harder to quit early. The block applies to all synced devices at once, so switching to a phone does not help. Writers, students and remote workers use it to protect long stretches of focus.
