Form.io is for developers who build data-driven apps and want forms and backend in one stack. Forms are designed in a drag-and-drop builder, and each one produces a REST API that stores and validates submissions. The platform supports embedding forms in web apps and adding workflows, authentication and data sources around them. It suits teams building portals, onboarding flows and internal tools without writing separate API code for every form.
