Delighted eNPS is an employee Net Promoter Score survey tool for HR and people teams who want a quick read on how workers feel about their employer. It grew out of the Delighted feedback product and now sits inside the Qualtrics family. Teams send a short eNPS question to employees, collect the scores and comments, and track advocacy over time.
