About Careem
Careem is a super app serving the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. It began as a car booking service and now covers rides, food and grocery delivery, and payments in one app. Users book a ride with fixed pricing and track the driver, then order dinner or pay bills from the same screen. Captains, as drivers are called, earn through trips and deliveries. Fees vary by service and city, and payment can be made by card, cash or in-app wallet in many markets.
