CapRover is an open-source platform-as-a-service you install on your own server to deploy apps through a web interface or the command line. It wraps Docker Swarm with one-click app deployment, an automatic NGINX reverse proxy with free Let's Encrypt SSL and an app store for Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, WordPress and many more. Apps are defined by captain-definition files and can scale across machines. It is free and suits developers who want Heroku convenience on a cheap VPS.
