About Burner
Burner is a mobile app for iOS and Android that creates temporary phone numbers in the United States and Canada. People use them to keep a real number private when they sell something online, date, sign up for a service or deal with strangers. Calls and texts to the burner number are forwarded to the phone and the number can be discarded when it is no longer needed. Photo messages are supported. It is made by Ad Hoc Labs, and it appeals to anyone who wants a second line without a second phone.
