Brevy lets teammates review a website the way they would comment on a shared document. Anyone can click an element on the page and leave a note or report a problem right there, with no screenshots or long emails. Comments can be turned into tickets automatically through Slack and Jira, with work items created and assigned without leaving the page. The same company also makes an AI chatbot for ecommerce support teams that resolves tickets using large language models.
