How do replies to reviews work?

Anyone signed in can reply to a review. Press Reply under it, write your answer and post it. Replies sit directly under the review they answer.

When the reply comes from someone credited as a maker of that product, it is labelled "Maker". That is the place to thank a reviewer, explain a decision or say a problem has been fixed.
